Bio-stimulators can be used in the following areas: Full face, neck, buttock, and hip-dip. Bio stimulators are a type of treatment used in aesthetics to stimulate the production of collagen and improve the overall appearance of the skin. They are typically injectable substances that work by stimulating the body's natural collagen production process. Bio stimulators can be used to treat various aesthetic concerns, including:
1. Facial rejuvenation: Bio-stimulators can help improve the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin on the face and neck.
2. Volume restoration: They can be used to restore volume in areas that have lost fullness, such as the cheeks, temples, and hands.
3. Scar revision: Bio-stimulators can help improve the appearance of scars, including acne scars and surgical scars.
4. Skin tightening: They can help tighten loose skin, particularly in areas such as the jawline and neck.
Commonly used bio-stimulators in aesthetics include substances like Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA). These substances are biocompatible and biodegradable, meaning they are safe for use in the body and eventually break down over time.
The treatment stimulates collagen production over time, resulting in gradual improvements in the treated area. The effects of bio-stimulators can last for several months to a couple of years, depending on the specific product used and individual factors.
CaHA, also known as Radiesse, is a dermal filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. It is used for facial rejuvenation and contouring by filling in wrinkles, folds, and lines, as well as adding volume to areas that have lost elasticity or fat. Radiesse stimulates collagen production, providing long-lasting results. It is commonly used to treat smile lines, marionette lines, and chin wrinkles, and to enhance cheekbones and the jawline.
Radiesse can be used in the following areas: face and buttock.
PLLA, also known as Sculptra is used to stimulate collagen production and improve the appearance of facial wrinkles, folds, and volume loss. Sculptra is commonly used to treat areas such as deep nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, and chin wrinkles. It works gradually over time to provide a more youthful and natural-looking result. The effects of Sculptra can last up to two years.
Sculptra can be used in the following areas: face, buttock, arms, legs, chest, stomach, knees.
